Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Please read our policy carefully to ensure a smooth and hassle-free return or exchange process.
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:
- To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition as when you received it.
- All original tags and labels must be intact on the product and included with the original packaging in the return.
- Free of stains, odors or damage.
- For hygiene reasons, returned hats must be unworn and free from odors, stains or signs of wear.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refund Process:
- Once your return is received and inspected we will process your refund back to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
- Original shipping charges are non refundable.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color?
- Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery, subject to product availability.
- Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to us. We will cover shipping on the replacement item for approved exchanges within the United States.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@dirtcityapparel.com
